Roofing in Ooltewah, Tennessee

Ooltewah has grown faster than almost anywhere else in Hamilton County, and that shapes what its roofs look like today. A large share of the housing stock filled in during the building boom that ran from the late 1990s through the 2010s, spreading subdivisions across the valley floor between White Oak Mountain and the surrounding ridges, out along Ooltewah-Georgetown Road and toward the newer development around Cambridge Square.
